Starting work as a full time equivalent company representative for various oil and gas companies Brandon was involved in the leadership and execution of large scale new construction projects with multidiscipline trades. It was during this time that a passion was developed for leading industry expert tradesmen and delivering highly precise work effectively and efficiently. Over the years of working in the industry, work contacts were made and Wever Contracting began providing services to customers with help of these self employed tradesmen that are experts in their field.
